Mark Jaffe is a serial software entrepreneur who has been instrumental in the success of numerous software companies. Over his 23 years high tech experience Mark has held roles in product marketing, software sales and executive management. Most recently, as Worldwide VP of Firewall and Behavioral Analysis Sales at McAfee, Mark was instrumental in integrating products into the McAfee solution portfolio, ramping sales, growing the sales organization and re-invigorating this $120M business. Prior to McAfee, Mark built and led sales organizations at software startups Securify, Axentis, OnLink and JYACC, consistently growing revenues 30-100% year on year. At OnLink Technologies, Mark grew revenues from 0 to $20M in under 2 years, leading to the acquisition of OnLink by Siebel Systems for $609M.
Dr. Steve Dodson has leveraged his strong academic background to repeatedly design, develop and deliver successful systems and network management technology. As a founding member of the Riversoft engineering team, Steve led the design of the topology driven root-cause analysis technology used today within IBM Tivoli Netcool, HP OpenView and Cisco management tools. Following IPO and subsequent acquisition of RiverSoft by Micromuse, Steve joined the founding team of Njini, where as CTO he led the design of their innovative storage management technology. Njini's technology was acquired by Riverbed in 2008.
Prior to software development, Steve worked in the Computational Mechanics group at Imperial College, London where he delivered key contributions to the field, resolving scalability issues using a novel approach to solving Maxwell's equations which allowed it to become a practical technique used today by major companies.
Steve holds MEng in Mechanical Engineering and a PhD in Computational Methods from Imperial College, London alongside a CES from École Centrale de Lyon.

Phil Tee is a serial technology inventor and software entrepreneur. Phil has founded several companies, including RiverSoft, a network management company, in 1997 which held its IPO on the London Stock Exchange Main Board in 2000 and was sold to Micromuse in 2002, Njini, an information asset management software company which was sold to Riverbed Technology in 2008, and co-founded Micromuse, a network management company, in 1992, which held its IPO on NASDAQ in 1998 and was sold to IBM in 2006. Not only has Phil singlehandedly designed the software that monitors over 80% of IP networks globally today, in the guise of software from IBM Tivoli Netcool, HP OpenView, Cisco InfoCenter and several other OEM customers, but he’s also generated several Billions of Dollars in wealth for his investors.
Mike Silvey is a serial technology commercialization entrepreneur. Mike has been instrumental in the success of numerous software companies including Riversoft, Micromuse and Dexterra where Mike, as a co-founder, was responsible for proposition, positioning, and driving early stage marketing and business development strategy and activity. His track record includes creating highly profitable and enduring OEM agreements with leading global corporations including Cisco, Hewlett Packard, Vodafone, Telstra and Intel.
Buck French is a serial CEO and business management entrepreneur. Buck has led several technology companies to commercial success including: OnLink Technologies where as CEO and co-founder he managed the sale to Siebel Systems for $609M, and Securify, where as CEO and Chairman he grew the company into one of the leading security vendors and led the sale of the company to Secure Computing. Buck has been a Partner at technology venture firm JPMorgan Partners, and held the role of Vice President and General Manager of the Interactive Selling business unit at Siebel. Buck holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BS in Economics and General Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
