Tail job log

Description

Tail the internal logs.

Definition

The last 10 lines of the job’s last analytics log file autodetect_api.log can be tailed by using the URL:

http://localhost:8080/engine/v2/logs/<jobId>/tail

or to tail a specific log file use:

http://localhost:8080/engine/v2/logs/<jobId>/<filename>/tail
jobId:The identifier of the job of interest.
filename:The name of the specific log file to download. filename is assumed to have a default extension of ‘.log’, the API will first try to find a file exactly matching filename failing that it will look for the file filename.log. Hence autodetect and autodetect.log are equivalent.

Parameters

lines:The number of lines in the tailed output. Expects an integer value.

Method

GET

Returns

A tailed output of the last 10 lines of the debug log for the analytic job of interest.

Errors

See the Error Codes documentation for the full list of errors that may be returned by the API.
